Jaume Cardona

Gestalt-oriented therapist for twenty-five years. Teaching member and supervisor of the AETG (Spanish Association of Gestalt Therapy). Founding member of l’Escola l’Espai de Gestalt (2001) and l’Escola Gestalt Barcelona (2008) where he continues to work as a trainer. Director and partner of the Gestalt Dimensions psychotherapy center.

He has also completed a Master’s degree in brief strategic therapy (2004) and training in different psychodynamic seminars, both psychoanalytically oriented and Jungian oriented. He has carried out different training groups and work with dreams (2010-2017), as well as thematic seminars on anxiety (2010-2015), guilt (2010-2015), introjection and defense mechanisms (2016) and the seminar of Oedipus and Gestalt (2015-2016). He has also taught art therapy workshops that have poetry and music as a fundamental element of work.

He is the author of the well-known film and psychology blog (www.cineypsicologia.com), as well as the art and psychology blog (www.arteypsicologiajc.com). He has a degree in Biology. Author of the book “Dreams in Gestalt psychotherapy… and beyond.”
