This workshop will guide us towards a deep connection with our inner selves. It is a space of presence where we allow ourselves to be moved by the impulses that arise from within us.

A training that combines the Sabaté© Method, Meisner Technique, Play Spaceness and Viewpoints, with the aim of keeping any performer's instrument in tune and achieving a high degree of excellence in their technical preparation, their ability to improvise and their creative and artistic potential.

Singing is innate to human beings, we express ourselves through our voices since the beginning of time. We will cultivate confidence and the desire to open ourselves to everything that singing gives us. Open the heart.

The MLC® psycho-body approach helps people to free themselves from limiting beliefs that block their creative process. In turn, the creative approach helps people develop tools and skills to express themselves authentically and genuinely.
