{"id":8162,"date":"2026-01-15T19:16:21","date_gmt":"2026-01-15T18:16:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/espaiphilae.com\/?post_type=curso&#038;p=8162"},"modified":"2025-02-27T18:07:57","modified_gmt":"2025-02-27T17:07:57","slug":"from-clown-to-the-scene","status":"publish","type":"curso","link":"https:\/\/espaiphilae.com\/en\/curso\/from-clown-to-the-scene\/","title":{"rendered":"FROM CLOWN TO THE SCENE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>with Pau Rossell<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>A workshop to get started in the work of Clown Consciousness.<\/p>\n\n<p>We understand clown as a state that we all possess and to which we can all voluntarily access.<\/p>\n\n<p>This state shares several aspects with the state in which boys and girls live: Passionate, innocent, honest, sometimes clumsy, living in the present, without judgment, transparent, naive, vulnerable, tender.<\/p>\n\n<p>We start from scratch to reach the<em> &#8220;clown state&#8221;<\/em> through body and movement, a lot of play and improvisations. All this through the validation and monitoring of impulses and work from pleasure.<\/p>\n\n<p>We explore situations outside our comfort zone, and see that it is \u201cvery cool\u201d to surprise ourselves.
