To do this we must be aware of the self-care and respect we deserve, and only then will we come into contact with the depths of our being, our truth and our beloved humanity.<\/p>\n\n<p><br\/>Anna Sabat\u00e9 will guide us again with the opening and closing of the retreat. The rest of the dynamics will be carried out by ex-students certified in the Sabat\u00e9\u00a9 Method dedicated to accompanying people and groups. And as always, it will be altruistic, with which we only maintain <strong>the cost of the stay: \u20ac145.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><br\/>This retreat is <strong class=\"\">aimed exclusively at students and former students of Theater and Consciousness M\u00e9todo Sabat\u00e9\u00a9<\/strong>, who have completed at least Level 1. We will invite you to delve into these shadows through creative expression, body movement and different dynamics of emotional connection to transcend your own resistances and reconnect with your essence, your love. self and openness towards others.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><em>Needs, desires and limits<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>How do you connect with your needs? Do you dare to express, to ask for your deepest desires in your relationships? Do you set limits? How do you express them? How do others receive them? And you?<br\/>This workshop proposes a space for meeting, intimacy, exploration and experimentation<br\/>of your deepest needs and desires, based on respect and honesty.
